THE RESIDENT EXPERIENCE
The 200 acres of Still Creek Ranch are divided between two campuses. Our main campus is where you will find Still Creek Christian Academy, our covered equestrian center, administrative offices, staff housing, as well as our three boys’ homes. Our girls share three homes on our second campus which is gated, secure, and in an undisclosed location.
Our homes are built with a family-friendly atmosphere in mind. Our heart’s desire is for our Still Creek students to experience a true family, including all of the joys and challenges that come along with families. Each house is home to 6-8 children who are loved and cared for by on-site "House Parents" who live in private family quarters within the house. Still Creek is very strategic and intentional with the children we rescue and care for. We do not take “troubled” children, but help children who struggle because of true crisis situations. These crisis scenarios include, but are not limited to: physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, physical neglect, emotional neglect, drug or alcohol abuse by parent, parent's mental health issues, separation from parents due to divorce, death, or abandonment, and violence toward mother in the home. Still Creek rescues both boys and girls between the ages of 11 and 15, who will stay at Still Creek through their high school graduation. We only accept applications for children accessing 7th-10th grade coursework.
