Still Creek Arena: 
Part-time Arena Instructor​
Join our Christ-centered team and invest in the lives of children from crisis backgrounds through the power of horsemanship. The Equestrian Instructor will teach three classes each day (Monday–Thursday) while helping students build confidence, responsibility, and life skills both in and out of the saddle.
Position Highlights
  • Teach & Mentor: Lead three equestrian classes each day, teaching riding, horsemanship, horse care, and life skills.
  • Create Opportunities: Prepare students to participate in 1–2 horse shows each semester or help host a community horse show at Still Creek Ranch.
  • Work as a Team: Collaborate closely with the Arena Manager and arena staff while assisting with daily horse care and barn responsibilities.
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 12:05–3:05 PM classes (5-hour workday)

Internships: 

Unpaid Marketing and Events Internship
Are you passionate about making a difference and looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing and events management? Still Creek Ranch is offering an unpaid internship opportunity that will allow you to contribute to meaningful work, while developing your skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Designing graphics in Canva (e.g. social media posts, flyers, posters, tickets, invitations)
  • Taking photos and videos of various activities at the Ranch and at SCR events
  • Writing Press Releases and Public Service Announcements (PSAs), and sending them to local media outlets
  • Posting SCR events on community calendars
  • Delivering flyers to local businesses
  • Assisting at SCR events (e.g. setup, registration, teardown) 
  • Updating the SCR website as needed
  • Running errands

Training is provided. A flexible schedule is offered, but reliability is vital. This position will mostly work remotely, and on occasion, on site.

Still Creek House Parents: 

Girls/Boys House Parents (always accepting applications)
  • Seeking  a married, Christian couple to serve as house parents for up to 8  girls.
  • Applicants must be solid in their Christian walk, missions-minded, married for at least one year, over 21 years old.
  • Applicants also must have a minimum of a high school diploma/GED and a valid driver’s license.


Girls/Boys Relief House Parents (always accepting applications)
  • Seeking hard working, married Christian couple to live with and care for up to 8 children.  Experience with youth ministry or education is preferred but not required.
