We can not do any of this without the help of
our community and donor support.
Together we are helping to impact the lives of children for future generations.  Boots and Bling is the largest fundraiser for Still Creek and what helps us to meet our fiscal year goal each year. It takes a village of volunteers, businesses, organizations and individuals like you to help this goal become a reality. 
Every donation and minute spent helping makes a
difference and is appreciated. 

We would love for you to join our planning team!

Join us for one of our Boots & Bling Planning Meetings. Our team of volunteers meet every other Monday to work on details leading up to Boots & Bling.
We all have our unique gifts and talents!
We would love for you to join us every other Monday;
Aug. 28th, Sept. 10th, Sept 25th, Oct. 9th,
Oct. 23rd, Oct. 30th, and Nov. 6th

Items can be packaged together or individual items for our team to package together with other items. 

Wine Donations
Unopened bottles of wine to be used for a fun add on the night of the event to raise extra funds for Still Creek at the Wine Pull table.

Event Support

Boots and Bling Planning Team
Our planning team can always use volunteers to help give their support in the direction and planning of this event. 

Silent Auction Item Assembling
If you have a creative eye and are great with gift wrapping and making things look beautiful, we would love your help with assembling our silent auction packages and baskets. 

Day of Event Setup
On the day of the event, we need volunteers to help us set tables with linens, centerpieces, plates, napkins and programs. 
We also need help setting up our silent and live auction areas

Day of Event Welcome Table
We can always use friendly faces to help greet and check in our donors and guests to the event. We will do a training three days prior to make sure everyone is familiar with the software and answer any questions.
